The rule in one line. Subscriptions are refundable and cancellable any time. Gift codes are refundable right up until the moment your child sees the code — after that they are final, because a revealed code may already have been spent.

| Code does not work at the platform | Replaced or refunded — always. Send us the code and what the error said. |
| Wrong pack bought by mistake | If it is still sealed, we swap or refund it. Ask before it is opened. |
| Balance already spent on the platform | Not refundable by us. Once redeemed, it belongs to that platform and their rules apply. |
This mirrors how gift cards work everywhere: the code itself is the value, so revealing it is the point of no return. We keep the sealed state precisely so there is a window in which a mistake is still fixable.
Email help@learn4coins.com with the date and amount before disputing with your bank. A dispute freezes the payment for weeks and we cannot fix anything while it is open — a direct refund usually takes minutes.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks typically post them in five to ten business days.
